Gallery & Gift Shop for Local Makers
was recently founded to elevate and celebrate local artists and makers. Our mission is to connect with our community through the visual arts. The gallery and gift shop features locally produced art, jewelry, and ceramics. On our website you will find important resources and links for artists and municipalities interested in promoting the arts.
Stacee Kalmanovsky is an artist, educator, curator, mother and gardener. She is the founder of the Art Room, a fine art school for children since 2013. Stacee volunteers on the Mundelein Arts Commission, where her mission is to advocate for public art in our community. The Mundelein Arts Advisory is conceived as a place to
inform and cultivate, as well as bringing genuine art into peoples’ homes
and lives. Stacee hopes to see Mundelein become an Art Destination.
